28 “But that servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii; and he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, ‘Pay me what you owe!’
29 So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, ‘Have patience with me, and I will pay you all.’
30 And he would not, but went and threw him into prison till he should pay the debt.
After having his own debt forgiven one would think the man would show kindness to others who owed him money. But instead he finds a man who owes him what would be about $13,000 to $15,000 USD (he owed the king $19 Billion USD ) in today's value of money, the difference is like a loan of pennies compared to what was forgiven him, and roughly demands immediate payment.
The servant did exactly as the man had to the king, begged for time to pay him back.
The unforgiving man did what was allowed him, he put his debtor into prison and while there he would be persuaded to find some way to pay off his debt.
